Hello family and friends

How is everyone doing? This week has been great. We were able to attend the baptism of James who is an investigator that we were teaching. We pretty much had him ready to go for baptism and then we realized that he didn't live in our ward so we had to pass him off. That was a bummer but the baptism was great. There were tons of members and missionaries there and Elder Standage performed the baptism. It was great. James had the opportunity to give his testimony at the baptism as well. He is super solid. He is super grateful for all the missionaries that taught him and he is a wonderful man. The missionaries who were teaching him said that he also bore his testimony in church on Sunday. He mentioned that the night we invited him to be baptized he had a dream about a white light that descended on him so he knew that he needed to be baptized. What a blessing. That's a pretty amazing experience for anyone to have! James also told us of some experiences that he had while in the refugee camps in Liberia. He told us that one night the rebels came in to the camp and starting shooting. He said that in order to survive he had to swim across the 2nd largest river in the world. And he knew that Gods hand was in it. He has had some amazing experiences. What a blessing it was to be a part of his conversion. And it all came from a member inviting him to church!
Well, besides that I don't have much too report. We tried to get one a part member family out to church that we have been working with. we knocked on their door at 10 to see if they were ready because there ride was on the way to pick them up, ad it turns out that between the time that we taught them Saturday night and Sunday morning nawbaw (the mother) somehow made it to Minnesota... Anyways, it was crazy. Sometimes investigators can be so flakey!
Well I do have a testimony of the Restored Gospel. I am thankful for the opportunity that I have to share this wonderful news with others. Please continue to think about people that you can share your testimony with. What an amazing experience it is to have a wonderful church to be a part. Especially the only true and living church. What a blessing. I'm grateful for the gospel and for the opportunity that I have to help others come unto Christ. Continue to be obedient to the promptings of the Spirit.
Love always,
Elder Caleb James Wardle
